Who will he be?

Every day I get to experience the little kicks and jabs coming from our little boy. I look at the ultrasounds and try to picture what he will look like. Will he have his daddy's eyes? My nose? Which one of our lips or ears? Will he have brown hair or blond hair? I can't wait to meet him!! Then I start to think of what he will be like? Will he be quietly hilarious like his daddy? Or outgoing like me? I can't wait to see if he will be a musician, or a football player, or maybe even a writer. I can't wait to hold him in my arms or to watch him walk across the stage as he graduates. I don't know what tomorrow holds but I do know that I am so lucky to be able to experience this miracle that God blessed women with!! I wouldn't have it any other way. =) I can only hope that I am as great a mom as a can be and that I help to point him in the right direction.
My favorite part is seeing the way Austin acts towards him. He will rest his head on my belly to see if he can hear our baby's heartbeat. I will randomly find his hand on it just resting there. He will give it little kisses. He tells our baby boy that he can't wait to be able to hold him and that he loves him. I can't wait to see the two of them together. Austin is going to be such a good daddy.
We still have so much to do to get ready for him but I still can't wait for him to get here! We already love him so much and I know that that love is just going to keep growing and growing!

Our Baby Boy at 27 weeks!!

We are feeling so blessed with this pregnancy!! Our family and friends have been soo supportive and have helped us with so much! I don't know what we would have done without them!!!

This week I am 27 weeks along. That means we only have 13 weeks until we get to meet our handsome little boy!!! I'm hoping that he is just like his daddy!! If he is then I already know that we will have a lot of fun! ;) 

Austin is looking to switch units so there's a chance that we will be moving before the little guy gets here which means that we can't start decorating just yet, which is a super bummer!!! But hopefully we will get stationed in a place that will be closer to family and more family friendly. 

We still have to work on getting the dogs ready for the baby. Hopefully it won't be too much of a shock for them. They are great with kids so I'm hoping that the adjustment won't be to difficult. 

I can't wait to start this adventure!! God has really blessed us and I can't wait to meet our little bundle of joy!!!
